  • Connecting flight to Srinagar, transfer to the Dal Lake houseboat.
  • Evening Shikara ride on Dal Lake.

Srinagar Sightseeing
  • Mughal Gardens — Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, Chashme Shahi.
  • Local market visit, evening on the houseboat.
DAY3
Gulmarg Day Trip
  • Drive to Gulmarg, Gondola cable car ride (weather permitting).
  • Return to Srinagar, hotel check-in.

Pahalgam Day Trip
  • Full-day excursion to Betaab Valley and Aru Valley.
  • Return to Srinagar in the evening.

  • Optional Sonmarg day trip or free time for shopping in Srinagar.
