What You'll Spend on Top
Nepal visa fee: paid on arrival, roughly USD 30 for a 15-day visa (subject to change by the Nepal government). Lunch and dinner: budget ৳800–1,200 per day for local restaurants, more if you're eating at hotel restaurants in tourist areas. Shopping in Thamel: pashmina, trekking gear and souvenirs are genuinely good value — set a number and stick to it, it's easy to overspend here.
Optional Poon Hill day hike: a small permit fee applies if you add this on in Pokhara — ask your trip leader on the day. Tipping: not obligatory but customary for drivers and guides; ৳500–1,000 per traveler for the trip is a reasonable norm.

Add it up and most travelers land somewhere between ৳33,000 and ৳38,000 all-in for the six days, depending on how much you eat out and shop. That's flights, hotel, breakfast and transport locked in at ৳28,900, plus roughly ৳4,000–9,000 of visa, meals and extras.
Best Time to Go, Budget-Wise
October to April is peak season with the clearest mountain views — hotel and flight prices are stable since it's a fixed group departure, but flights in general are pricier if you're extending your stay independently. Off-season (monsoon, June–September) means hazier mountain views, which is the main trade-off if you're trying to save on an independent add-on trip.
